Your own website with booking

A guest who finds you books straight on your website, not through a portal. The site fills itself from what the system already holds: units, photos, rates and free dates. You pick the colours and the typeface; the address is yours.

Already have a website? The booking form goes into it as one snippet of code.

One calendar for every unit

You never sell the same night twice, even with three flats at one address. A booking, a block or your own stay belongs to one unit. The portals you already list on pull the booked dates themselves, per unit.

When a guest phones, you write them in within seconds.

Payments and invoices without the handwork

Every booking has its own variable symbol. When the money reaches your account, the system recognises it and attaches it to the stay. A document under Czech VAT reaches the guest as a PDF without you opening Word.

Guests can pay by card too. The money goes to your account, not ours.

The guest book and the foreign-police report are done from details you entered once.

What is a booking system for flats and apartments?

One place for the occupancy of all your units, bookings from guests, rates with seasons, payments and documents. On your website a guest picks a flat and dates, sees the price at once and sends the booking. The system sends the payment instructions, matches the incoming payment to the stay and issues the document. Instead of three portal calendars and a spreadsheet of who has paid.

How much does it cost?

A flat amount per address per month, by how many units you have there: one, two to five, six to ten, and from eleven we agree on it together. The prices are final. Until you confirm your first booking or launch your website, everything is free, support included. We may still adjust the amounts, but whoever starts now keeps their price.

Can the calendar connect to Airbnb or Booking.com?

Yes, through iCal and in both directions. The address and every unit have their own calendar address that you paste into the portal, and the portal pulls the booked dates itself. The other way round, the system reads occupancy from the portals and blocks those dates for you. When two bookings overlap, it warns you. Prices are not synchronised with the portals.

How do payments and documents work?

Every booking has its own variable symbol and a QR payment. Guests pay straight into your account. From the notifications your bank sends you, the system recognises the payment and attaches it to the stay. When you connect your own Stripe account in settings, guests can pay by card and the money lands in that account of yours. The guest gets the proforma, the tax document and the final invoice under Czech VAT as PDFs.

I use another booking system. Can I switch?

Yes, and we help with the move. We bring your bookings and their history across together with you, unit by unit, and we can load the content of your current website into the new one. Bookings brought across do not send guests their documents again.
